what you use.

Start free — every team gets 1,000 credits to test the full platform, no card. Then self-serve credit packs (same price monthly or one-time), and Team / Business plans when you scale. No minimums beyond $5. Failed scrapes are auto-refunded.

Subscribe and the same pack refills every month. Or buy a pack one time and stop — credits don’t expire while your account is active.

Stacking still works for pay-as-you-go — 5× Large = 500k credits for $295 — but teams usually want seats, pooled credits, and one bill. That’s what the plans below add. PAYG minimum is $5.

TEAMS & SCALE

Seats, pooled credits, one bill.

The same flat one-credit-per-call economics, plus the org controls teams need — and a lower price per credit than self-serve packs, or the equivalent tier at Firecrawl, ScrapingBee, or ScraperAPI.

HOW CREDITS WORK

One credit per call.
Failed scrapes auto-refund.

Most endpoints (scrape, extract, intel, DNS, SEO, AEO, parse, convert) cost 1 credit. The two audit orchestrators — /v1/aeo/page-audit and /v1/aeo/competitor-diff — cost 3 credits because they fan out into 8–9 probes internally. Opting into the residential proxy (use_residential_proxy=true) adds +3 to whatever the base cost was. If a scrape fails, the credit is refunded automatically — you only pay for results.

1 CREDIT

Most endpoints

/v1/scrape, /v1/extract/*, /v1/convert/*, /v1/intel/*, /v1/dns/*, /v1/seo/*, /v1/aeo/* (single probes), /v1/parse/*

3 CREDITS

Audit orchestrators

/v1/aeo/page-audit and /v1/aeo/competitor-diff run 8–9 probes internally, so they cost 3 credits per call instead of 1.

+3 SURCHARGE

Residential proxy

Set use_residential_proxy=true and we add +3 to the base cost (so 4 total for a normal scrape). Residential bandwidth costs us money. Opt-in only — never charged silently.

VS FIRECRAWL

Why we’re cheaper
than Firecrawl.

Same job, fewer dollars. Numbers below pulled from Firecrawl’s public pricing on the day we last checked.

Need this many credits Ollagraph Firecrawl monthly You save
5,000 Tiny $5 Hobby $19 $14 cheaper
25,000 Medium $19 Hobby tops out at 5k — jump to Standard $99 $80 cheaper
100,000 Large $59 Standard $99 $40 cheaper
500,000 5× Large $295 Growth $399 $104 cheaper
1M 10× Large $590 Scale $749 $159 cheaper
PER USEFUL PAGE

It’s worse than the headline price.

Firecrawl’s own billing docs say “scraping a page with both JSON format and Enhanced Mode costs 1 + 4 + 4 = 9 credits per page.” (docs.firecrawl.dev/billing)

Ollagraph’s equivalent is 4 credits worst case — 1 base + 3 residential opt-in. At the $99-vs-$59 level we deliver 3.78× more useful pages per dollar at 60% the price.

Math: Standard $99 / (100,000 / 9) = $0.00891 per page. Large $59 / (100,000 / 4) = $0.00236 per page. $0.00891 / $0.00236 ≈ 3.78×. $59 / $99 ≈ 60%.

Things they don’t do.

  Ollagraph Firecrawl
Pay-as-you-go Yes — $5 minimum (one Tiny pack), no subscription No — their FAQ verbatim: “We currently do not offer a pay-per-use plan.”
Refund on failed scrape Yes — automatic. If status: error, the credit is returned and the refund is logged. No — their docs verbatim: “Credits are charged whenever Firecrawl’s infrastructure processes a request, even if the target site returns an HTTP error status code such as 403 Forbidden or 404 Not Found.”
FAQ

Pricing, plainly.

What is a credit?

+
One credit = one API call. Most endpoints are 1 credit. The two audit orchestrators (page-audit, competitor-diff) are 3 credits because they fan out into 8–9 probes internally. Add +3 if you opt into the residential proxy surcharge. You see the exact cost in the response of every call.

What happens if a call fails?

+
You don’t pay. Failed calls (status: error) are refunded automatically — the credit goes straight back to your balance, and we log the refund event so you can audit.

Can I just buy credits one-time?

+
Yes. Every pack is sold as both a monthly subscription and a one-time pay-as-you-go purchase, at the same price. PAYG minimum is $5 (one Tiny pack = 5,000 credits). Buy once, use them, walk away — no recurring charge.

Subscription vs one-time — what’s different?

+
Price is identical. Subscription = your pack refills automatically each month. One-time = you buy a pack, the credits sit on your balance, and nothing recurs. Switch between modes anytime in the dashboard.

Do unused credits roll over?

+
The free signup grant (1,000 credits) is one-time and doesn’t refresh. On a subscription we refill to your pack’s allotment each month using MAX(current_balance, pack_allotment) — you don’t lose what you didn’t use. One-time PAYG credits stay on your balance as long as the account is active.

Can I cap spend?

+
Yes. Set hard caps in the dashboard per workspace or per agent. Once you hit the cap, calls return 402 instead of charging. No surprise invoices.

What’s the request-per-minute limit for?

+
Plan-based rate limiting — a token bucket that refills continuously. Tiny and Small are 30 req/min, Medium 60, Large 120. Independent from credits: it caps burst rate, not monthly volume.

Why does the residential proxy cost extra?

+
Residential proxy is opt-in (use_residential_proxy=true) and adds +3 credits to the base cost, because residential bandwidth costs us money. Everything we route through our own fetch path stays at 1 credit.

What payment methods do you accept?

+
Credit card via Dodo Payments — works for both subscriptions and one-time pack purchases. Cancel a subscription anytime from the dashboard; no phone call, no email tag.

What if I need more than 100k credits?

+
Stack Large packs. 5× Large = 500,000 credits for $295. 10× Large = 1,000,000 credits for $590. For teams, the Team and Business plans are cheaper per credit at those volumes and add seats, pooled credits, and governance.

Is the free plan really enough to evaluate?

+
Yes — that’s the point. The free 1,000 credits unlock every endpoint with no card, so a testing team can run a real proof-of-concept across scraping, extraction, intelligence, and the actors before spending anything. It’s a glimpse of the full platform, not a crippled demo.

What do the Team and Business plans add?

+
The same flat credits, plus the org layer: multiple seats on one pooled credit balance, per-key daily caps and budget alerts, an admin audit log, and higher rate limits — with SSO/SCIM, an uptime SLA, and dedicated support on Business. Per credit they cost less than the self-serve packs. Self-serve checkout for these tiers is rolling out; start free and talk to us to switch one on today.
