These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ollagraph API. By creating an account or using the API you agree to these terms.
You may use the API to fetch publicly accessible content on the web. You agree not to use the service to circumvent paywalls, scrape personal data in violation of applicable law, or otherwise use the service for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for safeguarding your API key. Notify us immediately of any compromise. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
Credits are purchased up front — as one-time packs or a recurring plan — and pay-as-you-go is available. Failed calls are automatically refunded before they are billed, so you only pay for successful calls. There are no surprise overage charges; you see the exact cost in the response of every call.
You may cancel a recurring plan at any time from your account dashboard. Credits you have already purchased remain available to you. No refunds for partial billing periods.
We aim for 99.9 percent uptime. Service interruptions are reported on our status page. Enterprise plans include written SLAs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ollagraph’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
