Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-11

This Privacy Policy explains how Ollagraph collects, uses, and protects personal data.

What we collect

Account information: email address, name, and a hashed password. Usage data: request metadata — endpoint, timestamps, response status, and latency. We do not store the content of the pages you fetch beyond the time needed to return them to you.

How we use it

To operate the service, enforce quotas and rate limits, send billing notifications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

Third parties

Payment processing: Dodo Payments. Email delivery: Resend. Hosting, DNS, and CDN: Cloudflare. Telemetry is emitted via OpenTelemetry and dropped by default, or forwarded only to a destination you configure. Each receives only the minimum data required for its function. The complete list, with the data each one handles and the legal basis, is on our subprocessor page.

Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage logs are retained for a rolling 90-day window by default; Enterprise customers can configure a custom retention period. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
